Collected from the southern California desert, the bone-dry tumbleweeds are suspended, transforming them into Rain Clouds and making the viewer painfully aware of the drought which created these plant skeletons. Lifting these cloud-like forms up into the skyscape and out of their perpetual turning in the dust gives them new life.
